Purchases and credits
Readings are bought as credits through the App Store: one reading, or three readings at a lower price each. A credit is spent only when a reading finishes — a reading that fails does not cost you one.
Credits are held on the device you bought them on. They do not transfer to another device, and a credit already used cannot be restored, including after reinstalling the app.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue or reverse a refund ourselves — but if something went wrong with a reading, write to us first and we will do our best to put it right.
Where your readings live
Completed readings are stored on your device only. There is no account and no cloud copy, so deleting the app deletes them, and they do not follow you to a new phone. You can export any reading as a PDF booklet from inside the app and keep that copy anywhere you like.
A reading stopped partway
A reading needs a steady internet connection while it is being calculated. If the app was closed or the connection dropped, reopen the reading — the app fills in whatever is missing by itself. If it stays incomplete, write to us.
Deleting your data
Use Erase all readings in Settings to remove every reading from the device, or simply delete the app. Details of what the app does and does not collect are in the Privacy Policy.
